It's time for Outdoor Yoga Classes!

All levels are welcome and invited to these SPECIAL outdoor yoga classes (weather permitting, of course).
 
Class passes ARE eligible for these events – or $15 cash, check, or Zelle.
 

What you’ll need:
a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket

Optional:
water bottle
any props that you’d like to use (blocks, yoga strap, blanket)
insect repellent or sunscreen

Yoga Class Descriptions

 

Chair Yoga – Relieve stress and tension with mindful movement, pranayama (breathing), and meditation—optional use of a chair.

Core and More – A flowing yoga practice that emphasizes isolated core postures. Build strength, develop flexibility, and learn to connect with the messages and sensations of your core center and your gut instinct.

Detox Vinyasa – A flowing yoga practice that includes detoxifying twists and heart openers.

Gentle Yoga – Release tension and connect with your breath while adding strength and flexibility.

Rise and Shine Yoga – An energizing vinyasa practice to wake you up and get you going–and flowing–into the rest of your day.

Yin and Yang Fusion – A balance of slow, sustained poses to stress and strengthen connective tissues (bones, ligaments, tendons, fascia) and flowing postures. It will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and ready to face the day.

Yoga Bliss – Emphasis on gentle yoga, pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
